John McCarron is a partner at the law firm Montes & McCarron, Attorneys and Counselors at Law PLLC. John's practice areas include complex matrimonial / divorce, family law, DWI defense, business law, technology law and both commercial and residential real estate transaction. John received his Bachelors of Science degree in Legal Studies from Western Connecticut State University and his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law. John is presently a candidate for the degree Master of Laws (LLM in Real Estate Law) at Pace University School of Law.

Prior to entering law school, John spent a decade working in the technology sector, resulting in his great affinity for legal technology. John is a frequent contributor, both in speaking and writings, to the legal technology and law practice management arena. He can often be found teaching Continuing Legal Education courses on the crossroads of law and technology. John is a native of Mahopac, New York (Putnam County) and resides in Bronxville, New York.
